LOL....I just blame it on being a mom! I used to know how to cook....and then I had kids! Who has time to watch bacon cook?? Get the pre-cooked kind and get on with life! ;) (That's why Tom makes the bacon now!!)

If it makes you feel better I LOVE crispy bacon!!! I made your salsa last night and we all LOVED it. I added a ton of cilantro and red onion. I will make it next week too:-)
