I've been on the schedule to be a guest designer over at Unity Stamp Company for several months, and I've been really excited because I LOVE THIS COMPANY. And I love their stamps.
Truth be told, I don't get to do a lot with stamps, so I've been having a ton of fun experimenting and learning from the INSANELY talented girls on the design team!
They're sooo creative (but also really funny!)
Today I get to join in the Hip Hop, and I am using the Stamp of the Week:
I went for simple with my card. In my world, right now, I have to keep what I can simple!
{Did I mention I thought we had over two weeks until our move and we actually only have about eight days?}
It's an itty bitty card, which I just love. I love the thought of tucking these around the house for my kids, or in lunchboxes or on Adam's dashboard.
I stamped right onto book paper which is a near-obsession of mine, and I used wire cutters to cut apart some Prima flowers to get the three tiny individual ones and I adhered them onto the lamp shade.
Then, I used the phrase stamp on the inside:
When I actually write something, it'll likely be in white gel pen so it shows up on the darn brown.
Here are the details for the Stamp of the Week:
They're all SO cute! You can't go wrong. :)
I believe I am the last stop on the Blog Hip Hop, so if you haven't already, check out the Unity Blog for more details on the rest of the projects. They are gorgeous, believe me...you do not want to miss them! Just click the image below. :)
Lots of awesome deals and promotions going on over there today!
So, I'm curious...how many of you use stamps in your artistic endeavors?
